Clutch Assembly

The Moto-Tron 7075/6061 can replace any OEM cable clutch assembly.
If your bike have hydrauli cylinder, please check the EVO-R lever series.
As shown on the right, there are three travel options available:
• 24mm: Recommended for small displacement bikes (e.g., Ninja 400/R3)
• 28mm: Recommended for mid-displacement bikes (e.g., R6/ZX6R)
• 32mm: Recommended for large displacement bikes (e.g., R1/ZX10R)
After selecting the travel, please confirm your OEM clutch switch.
Most models use a 2-wire switch, while some use a 3-wire switch.
Check how many wires are connected under your OEM clutch assembly.
Note:
The recommended tightening torque for the titanium mounting bolts is 6–8 Nm.
Based on the contact pressure calculation F=T/(K*D),
a torque range of 6–8 Nm provides sufficient clamping force for proper fixation.
Within this range, the resulting bearing stress remains within the allowable limits for both 6061 and 7075 aluminum alloys.
Exceeding the recommended torque range
may cause a big increase in actual clamping force,
Over-torquing may exceed the capacity of the aluminum material and may result in deformation or fracture of the aluminum component.
