 We fulfill from two locations to get parts to you as fast as possible:

• Canadian stock (local warehouse) 1-5 business days
• Factory stock (priority air freight from our production facility) ~3 weeks

How to check stock location?

1. Select your parts from the drop-down list.
2. Look for the SKU displayed in the upper-left,it will automatically match your selection.
3. Check the prefix of the SKU

If begins with "CA", it means the product is in Canadian stock.

If begins with "FAC",it means the product is in factory stock.

Processing times

Canadian stock: ships out same day or next business day.

Factory stock: ships by priority air freight; typical door-to-door delivery is around 3 weeks from the date you place the order.

Business days are Monday–Friday, excluding holidays.

How we ship

• Rates are calculated at checkout based on destination, weight & size.
• Orders include tracking. You’ll receive an email with tracking as soon as your parcel leaves our facility for Canadian stock
• For factory stock products, a tracking number will generated once the product has been transferred from international carrier to local carrier.
• Major carriers are used for reliability and coverage across Canada and abroad.

 

Split shipments (mixed stock orders)

If your cart includes both Canada stock and Factory stock, we’ll ship available Canada items first so you can start your build sooner;

the factory items will follow once they arrive by air. Prefer a single consolidated shipment? Leave a note at checkout and we’ll hold the order to ship complete.

Delivery windows (guidance, not guarantees)

Within Canada (Canada stock): typically 1 to up to 7 business days depending on province and service selected.

Factory stock: most orders arrive ~3 weeks after purchase. Remote areas or carrier disruptions can extend timelines.

Duties & taxes

Domestic (Canada): applicable taxes are shown at checkout.

International: duties, taxes, and import fees (if any) are the recipient’s responsibility per local regulations.

Address changes & delivery issues

Enter your shipping address carefully. If you need an adjustment, contact us immediately—we can help if the order hasn’t shipped.

If a parcel is delayed, damaged, or marked delivered but not received, notify us within 7 days so we can open a carrier trace.

Backorders

Occasionally an item may be back-ordered. We’ll email you with the best available ETA and options (ship partial, swap, or cancel).

All Moto-Tron products are covered by a 1-year limited warranty starting from the date of purchase.

This warranty is designed to ensure confidence in the quality of our engineering and manufacturing.

Coverage

This warranty applies to:

Manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship.

Functional failures that occur under normal and intended use of the product.

Products purchased through Moto-Tron directly or authorized dealers/distributors.

During the warranty period, Moto-Tron will, at its discretion:

• Repair the defective product, or
• Replace it with a new or equivalent product of the same type.

Not Covered

This warranty does not cover:

Normal wear and tear from regular use.

Accidental damage caused by crashes, impacts, or external forces.

Improper installation, misuse, or modifications made by the customer or third party.

Any product purchased through unauthorized sellers or channels.

Claim Procedure

Provide proof of purchase (invoice, receipt, or order confirmation).

Contact Moto-Tron or the authorized dealer where the product was purchased.

Submit detailed information (product SKU, description of the issue, and photos if available).

Moto-Tron will evaluate the claim. If approved, instructions will be provided for return shipping.

After inspection, a repair or replacement will be arranged.

Important Notes

Warranty applies only to the original purchaser and is non-transferable.

Moto-Tron is not liable for any indirect damages, such as labor costs, loss of use, or personal injuries caused by product misuse.

Moto-Tron Racing products are developed with a focus on performance, safety, and quality.

However, by purchasing, installing, or using Moto-Tron products,

the customer acknowledges and agrees to the following terms and conditions:

1. Intended Use & Fitment

• Moto-Tron products are engineered for specific motorcycle models as stated in the official fitment list.
• Use on models outside of the designated fitment, or modification of the product for non-specified applications, is at the sole risk of the user.
• Certain products are designed exclusively for racing and track use and may not be approved for street or highway use in certain regions. It is the customer’s responsibility to comply with local regulations.

2. Installation Responsibility

• All Moto-Tron products must be installed by qualified technicians or individuals with proper technical knowledge.
• Improper installation, failure to follow installation instructions, or use of incompatible tools or parts may lead to product failure, motorcycle damage, or personal injury.
• Moto-Tron accepts no responsibility for damages, injuries, or losses resulting from incorrect installation or negligence.

 

3. Performance & Racing Use

• Products used in competition, track days, or other extreme conditions are subject to higher stress and accelerated wear.
• Racing use inherently involves risks. Moto-Tron shall not be held liable for any accidents, injuries, or damages associated with such use.
• Customers accept full responsibility for ensuring the suitability and safety of Moto-Tron products under these conditions.

4. Risk Assumption

• Motorcycle modification carries inherent risks. By using Moto-Tron products, the customer assumes all risks related to their installation and use.
• The customer is solely responsible for ensuring that their motorcycle remains safe and roadworthy after installation.
• Regular inspection and maintenance of installed products are required to ensure safety and performance.

5. Warranty Limitation

• Moto-Tron’s warranty applies only to manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship, as described in the official Warranty Policy.
• The warranty does not cover:

1. Normal wear and tear
2. Damage caused by accidents, crashes, or misuse
3. Incorrect installation or use with non-genuine parts
4. Warranty claims are valid only with proof of purchase from authorized dealers or official channels.

 

6. Limitation of Liability

• Moto-Tron shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including but not limited to:

1. Labor costs, downtime, or loss of income
2. Damage to associated components or equipment
3. Personal injuries arising from misuse or negligence

• Maximum liability shall not exceed the original purchase price of the product.

7. Acceptance of Terms

• By purchasing, installing, or using Moto-Tron products, the customer confirms that they have read, understood, and agreed to this Disclaimer.
• If the customer does not agree with these terms, the product must not be installed or used.
